Elkhorn Bond Passes, Millard Fails

Election results Tuesday night showed that the Millard Public Schools bond issue failed, while the Elkhorn schools bond issue passed. The $140.8 million Millard bond issue would have covered security improvements, technology upgrades, energy savings and building renovations.
